王佳慧，本、碩、博均就讀于哈爾濱醫科大學，2022年于哈爾濱醫科大學衛生管理學院獲得管理學博士學位，現為伟德国际1949官方网站公共管理系講師。攻讀博士期間主持哈爾濱醫科大學研究生創新科研項目1項，參與國家社會科學基金重點項目1項、國家自然科學基金課題2項，國家醫保局委托重點課題1項。在International Journal for Equity in Health、Frontiers in Public Health、Frontiers in Psychiatry、Frontiers in Psychology、《中國公共衛生》等國内外學術期刊以第一作者發表論文多篇，以編委身份參編書籍2部。
