尹轶帥,管理學博士,副教授,博士畢業于澳大利亞麥考瑞大學。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目“交易成本和心理所有權理論視角下個别協議的前因後果研究”和教育部人文社科青年項目“企業授權管理措施的前因後果分析研究—基于交易成本的視角”。在人力資源管理領域主流期刊《Human Resource Management Review》、《Human Resource Management Journal》、《Journal of Business Research》等發表學術論文多篇。
主要研究方向:員工授權、個别協議、交易成本理論、領導力等。
